Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner all triumphed at the People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles last night. The Twilight trio took home the award for On-Screen Team, while the vampire film won Favourite Movie and Favourite Franchise. Taylor also collected the prize for for Breakout Make Actor at the ceremony at the Nokia Theatre. The 17-year-old actor, who plays werewolf Jacob Black in the series, was the only lead Twilight star at the event.

Other awards went to the TV shows True Blood, which won Favourite TV Obsession, and The Vampire Diaries, which collected the Favourite New TV Drama prize. Sandra Bullock was named Favourite Movie Actress, while Hugh Jackman won Favourite Action Star. Queen Latifah hosted the star-studded bash.

    This is no surprise that the movie would be the peoples choice, I have yet to get to the movies to see it, but if it is anything like the book I cant wait to watch it.
