Rapper T-Pain Broke his jaw and lost 4 teeth in a freak golf cart accident over the weekend. Reports say that he was fooling around with a friend and was pushed from the moving cart. T-pain was scheduled to shoot a video with LiL Kim, but he had to cancel the video and a few other upcoming appearances.
