Country singer Mindy McCready was arrested and charged with battery and resisting arrest in Florida on Saturday. The 34 year old McCready was charged with the two misdemeanors after allegedly assaulting her mother at her North Ft. Myers home. The sherrif said McCready was drunk at the time of the incedent.
