One would think that Shia LaBeouf would be so happy not to be facing DUI charges that he wouldn’t care about his driver’s license being suspended, but he has put his lawyers to work in order to stop the suspension from happening.
LaBeouf’s lawyer Michael Norris said that he believes he can convince the DMV that when his famous client was asked to submit to the test, he was in no position to respond.
“Asking someone to provide a blood or breath test while they’re being prepared for surgery on a gurney is a very unusual situation,” he added.
The hearing to suspend Shia’s license has since been postponed.

I think if the charges of DUI are sure on him, then suspension of driving license. He should be fined monetarily as well so that it will act as a lesson to all those who commit DUI crime.
