Newlywed Pete Wentz told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show that he and wife Ashlee Simpson have a pre-nup saying,
“We have signed a pre-nup.”
Wentz said he wasn’t sure what Ashlee’s plans for her stage name was.
“She legally is a Wentz…I dont know what she’ll do with her stage name, that’s up to her. She hasn’t decided that.”
Wentz refused to confirm the pregnancy rumors saying,
“Ryan this baby has not been confirmed.”
He said his wife was asleep and remained quiet about his new sister-in-law’s relationship with Tony Romo.
