L.A. County District Attorney will not be filing any charges against Pirate Of The Caribbean star Orlando Bloom over the accident the actor was involved in on October 12. The D.A. office states that they are not prosecuting because of insufficient evidence. According to the D.A.’s Charge Evaluation Worksheet, Orlando was being pursued by 4 vehicles with paparazzi and one with a fan inside. Bloom took evasive action, which resulted in the accident.
