At last, CBS can breathe a sigh of relief now that a federal appeals court has tossed out the $550,000 indecency fine that they received after Janet Jackson flashed her boobs at the 2004 Super Bowl.
The ruling said the Federal Communications Commission “Acted arbitrarily and capriciously” when it issued the pricey penalty against the network for Janet’s wardrobe malfunction.
