A mistrial has been declared in the Phil Spector murder trial after jurors announced that they were hopelessly deadlocked. The foreperson told the judge they were deadlocked 10-2 with 10 jurors voting for a guilty verdict. Spector was on trial for the murder of actress, Lana Clarkson. A spokeswoman for the DA office said that they would retry Spector again and expressed her office disappointment. Spector is due back in court October 3rd.

First it was OJ Simpson, then Robert Blake, now Phil Spector. Things that make you go hmm.
