According to People Magazine, Mischa Barton will reportedly make a plea deal stemming from her DUI arrest on December 27, 2007.
A source told the magazine that Mischa will not have to serve anytime in jail they also say that Barton is expected to plead no contest to the charge and will receive three years probation, a fine of $1,700 and she must participate in an alcohol education class.
In exchange for her plea the pot possession charge will be dropped and a charge of driving without a license will be reduced.
