During a break from filming Hannah Montana: The Movie on Tuesday, a minor accident occurred involving a piece of production equipment.
Thankfully none of the cast members were on set and there were only a few minor injuries. Medical personnel treated the extras and crew involved.
Filming of the movie starring teen sensation Miley Cyrus has since resumed.
