Miley Cyrus doesn’t talk much about her love life but she has admitted that her new song 7 Things is about an ex. Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest that she hopes her former beau is affected when he hears the song,
“I want them to be upset when they hear the song. That was my point.”
Miley did not spill who she is referring to though.
