Poor knocked up Jessica Sierra, things just keep getting worse for her. The disgraced Idol contestant was released from jail on Tuesday and she was suppose to get on a plane and go to Dr. Drew’s Rehab in California where she was ordered to by a Florida judge but it looks like California do not want her.
The California Department of Probation will not accept her transfer on an emergency basis; they will however consider a non-emergency transfer, which could take up to 45 days.
Sierra was told to go to her family home but must appear in court on Thursday to try and have the issue resolved.
