Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra is currently being held in a Florida jail and she has pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her probation, according to the Associated Press.

Sierra will appear as contestant once again but this time it has nothing to do with singing. The troubled woman will appear on VH1’s reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew, which will premiere early next year.
