After 10 years of playing Detective Ed Green, actor, Jesse L. Martin, has decided to move on. In talks to replace Martin is actor Anthony Anderson, who starred in the short-lived series, K-Ville.
Martin’s character will exit the show in the spring, he is said to be leaving to focus on a movie career. His first starring role will be that of late singer Marvin Gaye in a movie titled Sexual Healing which will also star The Sopranos star, James Gandolfini.
