Looks like MTV has forgiven Janet Jackson for her Super Bowl fiasco and has offered the diva her own reality show.

Jackson will front a reality contest in which she mentors a group of wannabe singers and dancers in advance of her world tour, which kicks off September 10.

Janet is hoping to find the next R&B sensation.
