Jaguars’ Player Richard Collier has Leg Amputated

Jacksonville Jaguars’ offensive tackler Richard Collier, who was shot 14 times earlier this month while sitting in his car, is paralyzed from the waist down and his left leg had to be amputated.

Dr. Andy Kerwin, who is a surgeon at Shands Hospital, says that Collier has no memory of the shooting.

“His overall condition has improved greatly, we expect him to be discharged soon.”
