Rappers Ja Rule and Lil Wayne were arrested Sunday night in NYC after cops found two  illegal .40-caliber guns in there posession.

Ja Rule, real name Jeffrey Atkins is known for his hits with Ashanti and Jlo. He is working on his new album, so what better time for a rapper to get arrested and build up some hype for his alum release.
