Anna Nicole’s lawyer/boyfriend/not her baby daddy Howard K. Stern has filed a $60 million libel suit against Rita Cosby and the publisher of her book Blond Ambition. Crosby claims that Howard and Smith’s real baby daddy, Larry Birkhead were gay lovers. Stern had claimed to be the father of Anna Nicole’s baby girl but after taking a paternity test he was ruled out and Birkhead in. Howard is seeking $10 million for compensatory damages and $50 million for punitive damages.
