Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel are dead and buried but the drama that surrounded their lives continues. Howard K. Stern testified at the inquest into the death of Daniel that he had no idea that Daniel was taking any kind of prescription medication, including methadone.
On why he took a picture of Daniel after he died in Anna’s hospital room, he said that Anna wanted him to take a photo because she couldn’t accept Daniel was dead and needed the photo for proof. Stern said he took the photo and, “never made money off it and would do it again.”
