Dancing with the Stars champ Helio Castroneves has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy and six counts of tax evasion. TMZ reports that Castroneves was brought into his arraignment in cuffs and shackles and was seen crying through out the entire procedure.
Bond has been set at $10 million. Helio, along with his sister and an attorney, was indicted on Thursday for using offshore accounts to hide $5 million from the IRS.
