Heroes star Hayden Panettiere’s dad has been charged with misdemeanor battery. Alan Panettiere was arrested back in August for allegedly hitting his wife Lesley in the cheek.
The couple has since down played the incident.
“It was all a big misunderstanding” Alan told Extra ‘We love each other very much and want everyone to know that the matter was completely blown out of proportion.”
