He was expected to be in court for his arraignment on DUI charges but instead he checked himself into a 60-day rehab facility, Gary Collins’ attorney announced. Collins, who is 69, entered the facility on October 25 but still faces up to six months in jail. His next court appearance is December 6, where he is expected to enter a plea.
