Judge Melissa Jackson has denied Foxy Brown’s request to go to California to have her ears checked, the judge said the move was “desperate and frivolous,” and that Brown “failed to provide proof” that a coast-to-coast trip was necessary.
Foxy is serving a one-year sentence in Rikers Island for violating her probation on assault charges. When she previously appeared in court Brown told the judge that she didn’t know the real Inga, which is her real name, she only knew Foxy Brown the rapper.
