It’s official, 24 star, Kiefer Sutherland has been formally charged with two misdemeanor counts of Driving under the Influence. Prosecutors are seeking to revoke his probation stemming from a previous DUI conviction in 2004. Sutherland’s arraignment is set for October 16th. At the time of this, writing production on the set of the Fox show was not affected by this latest incident in the actor’s life. He was released on $25,000 bail.
