Actor Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly are new parents to twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace, born via surrogate, and what should be a happy blessing has suddenly turned into a nightmare for the couple as their kids fight for their lives at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. According to new reports the twins were accidentally given a hefty dose of Heparin, an anti–coagulant, a drug that is used to flush out IV lines and prevent blood clots. The babies were suppose to get 10 units but were given 10,000 units and began to bleed out. At the present time both babies are stable.
