Clay Aiken was spotted holding his new born son Parker Foster Aiken as he and the mother left a N.C. hospital on Monday.

Clay kept the little guy well under wraps. No word yet on which magazine is going to offer Aiken millions for the first official photos, but stay tuned we will let you know.
