Cher and Tom Cruise

Academy Award winner Cher admitted to Oprah Winfrey that she and Tom Cruise dated for three months and she was crazy for the super star. Cruise was only 23 and Cher was 39 at the time.

The singer, who is getting ready for another tour, says although she liked Tom she was just too busy to pursue the relationship properly, she added that Cruise said,

“He felt like such a boob in school and nobody talked to him. We went on a date once for dinner in a New York restaurant and the waitress was from his old school. He told me she never talked to him back in school, but now he was recognized and got all her attention.”
