Today’s decision by former Miss California Carrie Prejean to drop a lawsuit against the pageant came after one of its lawyers showed Carrie Prejean a sex tape that TMZ says it obtained “months ago but decided not to post … because it was so racy.” As part of the deal—which, TMZ adds, Prejean agreed to in “about 15 seconds”—the pageant pays her legal fees, but she gets nada.
