When your kids are born very close together and they are not twins, you can throw a joint birthday party which is exactly what Britney Spears did for her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Saturday was Sean Preston’s 3rd birthday while Jayden James turned 2 on Friday. The party was held at the home of Dr. 90210’s Paul Nassif and his wife Adrienne Maloof.

The boys and their invited guests drove around in mini toy cars with personalized license plates.
