Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said at a press conference that there was no change in Kevin and Britney Spears’ custody but overnight visits will be phased in the near future.
A modification on their temporary custody arrangement has been reached, however. In a statement Britney’s parents said,
“We are so pleased with Britney’s progress.”
The next court date for the couple is scheduled for July 15.
