Britney Spears Appeal Rejected

A California appellate court rejected the latest appeal filed on behalf of Britney Spears to have her conservatorship overturned. The court ruled that the motion was not filed with correct procedures and therefore the appeal was denied.

Spears is seeking to have the court reverse the current conservatorship of her father, James Spears even though since being under his guidance, the singer seems to be doing much better.
