The Mummy star Brendan Fraser and his wife of 9-years Afton Smith have called it quits. Brendan and his wife met at a barbecue thrown by actress Winona Ryder in 1993 and got married September 1998.
The couple is parents to three children Griffin Arthur, Holden Fletcher, and Leland Francis. Fraser’s publicist released a statement saying,
“They continue to maintain a close and caring friendship.”
The third installment to the Mummy series, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor, is slated for an August 2008 Release.
