It probably comes as no surprise that Brad Renfro died from a drug overdose. The official cause of death was ruled “acute heroin/morphine intoxication,” and the drugs were injected, according to the coroner’s office.
Renfro died at the age of 25 at his LA home on January 15. A sad ending to a promising life.
