Entertainment Tonight reports that even though there are outtakes of Billy Ray Cyrus posing with his daughter, the Country Singer was not present for Miley’s controversial pictures and he would not have consented to it.
15-year-old Miley never told her parents about the shoot and Billy Ray was not shown the selects before the magazine went to print. Miley Cyrus has since issued an apology for the photos.
