Troubled rapper DMX has been arrested once again while in a Phoenix mall on suspicion of felony identity theft stemming from a stay in a hospital where he allegedly used a fake name and social security number to avoid paying a $7,500 medical bill.

This is the fifth arrest for the sometime rapper.
