Can't find what you're looking for?

Is Fred Savage dead? Did Fred actually die in a car accident? The weekends are always good for celebrity internet hoaxes. It seems like every other weekend someone on the hot list either dies in a car accident, overdoses on drugs, or just dies in some miraculous way. The latest rumor making the rounds is about he 34 year old Fred Savage who is known for his role as Kevin on The Wonder Years along with his brother Ben.

Yes you guessed it. The Savage hoax has to deal with a car accident. However, both brothers are NOT dead, and this accident never occurred. Fans all over are searching the internet like crazy causing this rumor to go viral. This headline spreaded from Twitter to Facebook quicker then most of the Justin Bieber rumors. Where did this rumor come from?

According to www.12news.us, Savage died in a drunk driving accident, which lead him to a coma. How ridiculous is this? I know these causes certainly do happen, but why would anyone start such a horrible rumor? No important news reporter such as The Huffington Post, TMZ, or Radar Online has come forward to confirm this hoax is true, so for now this is just another bad celebrity hoax.

When it comes to internet car accidents Fred Savage is not alone. The most infamous one is of course Eminem, who must have died in a car accident a dozen times within the last year. Then Britney Spears,Oprah Winfrey, Miley Cyrus, Kanye West, Will Smith, Emma Watson, Johnny Depp, and Lady Gaga all have been involved in a car accident of some sort. Why can’t people just leave these celebrities alone?

The sad part is, when someone such as Enimem or Fred Savage appears dead online this makes the internet soar, and causes bloggers all over to go crazy writing about it. Why? Hot celebrity deaths equals views and money for many.

It seems like two members of the Young Money family just got a lot closer. On Friday (August 27), Nicki Minaj and Drake seemingly announced on their Twitter pages that they are married.

“U scurred? @drakkardnoir u ready to make the announcement or wha?” Minaj tweeted Friday afternoon. Drizzy responded about an hour later with, “Baby I am never scared. PROUD is more the word I would use,” before tweeting, “Please refer to @nickiminaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and dont stare at her too long. She’s finally mine. :) .”

The hip-hip diva re-tweeted Drake’s missive and added, “Yes, its true. Drake and I tied the knot.”

A rep for their label had no comment when MTV News reached out Friday.

Hip-hop heads have speculated about Drake and Minaj’s relationship before, and buzz spiked when fans heard a very eyebrow-raising line on Drizzy’s “Miss Me” single.

“I love Nicki Minaj/ I told her I’d admit it/ I hope one day we get married just to say we f—ing did it/ And girl, I’m f—ing serious/ I’m with it if you with it/ ‘Cause your verses turn me on, and your pants are mighty fitted,” the Toronto MC spits.

In June, Drizzy told DJ Envy on MTV2′s “Sucker Free Countdown” that he had genuine feelings for Minaj. “I’ve always really, actually, really had a crush on her, always really loved her, and she’s always just looked at me as, like, her little brother,” Drake said.

However, Minaj batted away any ideas that Drake is anything more than just her sometime partner-in-rhyme.

“Drake does not have a crush on me,” Minaj assured Envy. “Drake knows how to get you guys’ attention.”

What do you think about Nicki Minaj and Drake tweeting that they are married? Let us know in the comments below!

Has Lady Gaga left Britney Spears “Speechless”? Britney’s reign as Twitter queen has come to an end thanks to fellow pop superstar Lady Gaga, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Nearly three-months after Britney usurped the most-followed Twitter user crown from Ashton Kutcher, the pop singer lost the title to Lady Gaga. On Saturday, Gaga surged into the lead, netting 5,694,147 followers to Brit’s 5,685,390 — a difference of nearly 9,000 users. The singer broke from her usual “Poker Face” after learning the news, posting a Twitpic of herself with the rock band KISS, and Tweeting, “KISS the Queen,” followed by the trending topic, “#GagaTwitterQueen.” As for Britney, her account remained silent, the last message having been posted on Aug. 19, when she visited the set of “Glee.”

The battle wasn’t a quick one, however. According to People, on Friday there was a back and forth for the top spot on the social networking website. At first, Gaga’s “little monsters” (her nickname for her fans), appeared to help the singer “Just Dance” her way into the top spot, but Britney regained the crown “One More Time.” On Saturday morning, the “Lucky” singer’s luck though, ran out.

Gaga also reportedly leads the “Love Game” on Facebook with more than 16 million friends, beating both Britney and President Obama. The Twitter “Circus” might not prove to be too “Toxic” for Britney, who may heat up again on the website’s “Radar” after her highly-anticipated “Glee” episode debuts on Sept. 28 on FOX.

Kanye West is “painting” a new picture on MTV on Thursday, debuting a video he hopes will offer fans a better image of himself than the one he made at the network’s award show last year when he interrupted Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech.

“It’s not a video…it’s a painting,” the rapper said of his new video, called “Power”, airing Thursday night.

At MTV’s Video Music Awards in September 2009, West unexpectedly took to the stage of the live televised broadcast when country singer Swift won best female pop video. West grabbed the microphone from Swift’s hands and declared that R&B singer Beyonce should have won instead.

MTV never officially banned Kanye West from their studios after last fall’s VMA Awards, and the network continued to play his old videos. But since then, he has not debuted any new work on MTV, and there has been much speculation on music websites about whether the network would take him back.

MTV’s head of music and talent, Amy Doyle, told Reuters “there’s no beef” with the rapper and that they have moved on. “We’ve always been supporters of his art and his music, and we’re excited to partner with him, whether it’s his new painting or new album,” said Doyle.

Doyle said the new 90-second video does resemble “more of a living painting” and not a traditional video.

“It’s up for interpretation, like any piece of artwork. It is provocative and will keep people talking,” Doyle said.

And igniting fan buzz is one thing West does best.

After last year’s dust-up at the VMA’s, fans and fellow musicians were outraged. Singer Kelly Clarkson called West “a sad human being,” while “American Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert wrote on his Twitter page, “Kanye needs to chill. He freaks out every year. It ain’t that deep, man.”

West later appeared on a TV talk show to apologize, saying he would took some time off to “analyze how I’m going to make it through the rest of this life, how I’m going to improve.” Also on Thursday, MTV is premiering the new music video for Eminem and Rihanna’s single “Love The Way You Lie,” which airs two hours before Kanye’s.

The two debuts follow a series of similar premiere videos on MTV earlier this year, from Justin Bieber’s “Never Let Go” and Mike Posner’s “Cooler Than Me” to Muse’s “Resistance” and Maroon 5′s “Misery”. “I think this means that artists still want MTV to be the first place to introduce their music video, and it’s the loudest way to get the video out to fans,” said Doyle.

Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” is also on the debut line-up and set to air on Tuesday, August 10.

How did Lindsay Lohan spend her last few hours of freedom?

Twittering, of course.

“The only ‘bookings’ that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks,” Twittered the actress, 24, who is due back in court Tuesday morning to surrender for a 90-day jail sentence for violating probation in a DUI case.

A short time later, her ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson replied, “well- you haven’t lost your sense of humour.”

Lohan left Pickford Lofts, a sober-living house in Los Angeles where she has been residing, around 3:30 a.m. with her mother Dina and Ronson. They all returned to the actress’ L.A. digs.

TMZ reported that celeb attorney Robert Shapiro resigned from the case Monday night. In an e-mail to The Associated Press sent Monday evening, Shapiro said his only comments would be made in open court.

TMZ reported that Lohan’s former lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley will represent her in court.

Lindsay lohan Lawyer Quits

Lindsay Lohan was due to surrender for jail on Tuesday but her lawyer was reported to have quit the case just hours before her court appearance.

Lohan, 24, was scheduled to report to a Beverly Hills judge on Tuesday morning to be taken into custody and start a 90-day jail term for violating her probation in a 2007 drunken driving and cocaine possession case.

But lawyer Robert Shapiro, who took her case a week ago, was reported by celebrity web site TMZ.com to have quit after visiting the judge on Monday.

The Los Angeles Times cited an unidentified source at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which runs the jails, that Shapiro was no longer on the case as of Monday evening.

Shapiro, best known for successfully defending football player O.J. Simpson on murder charges in 1994, said last week he agreed to represent Lohan on condition that she comply with her jail sentence. He could not be reached for comment.

The “Mean Girls” actress has been staying at a sober living facility owned by Shapiro for the past week.

On Monday night she sent out a nervous Twitter message to fans. “(T)he only ‘bookings’ that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks,” Lohan wrote.

Lohan found fame at age 11 in a remake of Disney’s “The Parent Trap,” and her subsequent work in “Freaky Friday” and “Mean Girls” established her credentials as one of Hollywood’s most promising actresses.

But her career has declined since 2007 when she admitted she was addicted to drugs and alcohol, yet maintained a hectic nightclubbing schedule.

A slew of Lindsay Lohan’s recent drug tests were clean, but her fingernails definitely are not.

The day after the actress was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail began with news outlets focused on the four-letter message painted on Lohan’s middle fingers, which she prominently displayed during Wednesday’s court hearing. The day ended with the release of a court filing that detailed what’s in Lohan’s medicine cabinet — a mix of legally prescribed antidepressants, a powerful painkiller and heartburn medication.

Neither Lohan’s manicure nor her medicines led to her return to jail, but both revelations are hints of the intense scrutiny facing the starlet in the coming months.

In addition to jail time, Lohan will also have to check into an inpatient rehab program for three months and continue seeing a probation officer after that.

She will also have to continue random drug and alcohol testing similar to the six screenings Lohan has undergone since missing a court date in late May.

The results of those tests found no illicit drugs or alcohol, according to a probation officer’s report released Wednesday. The screenings detected traces of the Adderall, which is used to treat attention hyperactivity disorder, and the powerful painkiller Dilaudid, which the report indicated was for Lohan’s “dental pain.”

It did not indicate how often Lohan is taking the medications, but it stated she had valid prescriptions for all of them. She told the officer she has been taking the medications “for as long as she can remember.”

Lohan’s medicines will be getting a closer look too. The judge assigned two doctors to evaluate Lohan and report back whether alcohol has any adverse reactions with the medications.

The actress has been cooperative and had a positive attitude when showing up for the tests and hoped to put the nearly three-year-old criminal case behind her, the report stated.

Photos taken by a courtroom photographer of the expletives stenciled on Lohan’s fingers left many to question the star’s attitude and the sincerity of her apology to the judge Tuesday.

Lohan insisted in a Twitter posting Wednesday afternoon that the message wasn’t meant for the judge doling out the punishment. “It had nothing to do w/court,” Lohan wrote. “It’s an airbrush design from a stencil.”

Regardless of why it got there, the message is unlikely to have any impact on Lohan’s court case when she turns herself in on July 20.

Inscribing fingernails with messages is an emerging trend with the younger set, said celebrity manicurist Jenna Hipp, adding that she wrote a secret message beneath Gabourey Sidibe’s manicure when the “Precious” star was preparing for the Oscars.

“Kids are just starting to play a little bit more with their fingernails,” Hipp said. “Now with Lindsay doing it, of course, it’s going to go crazy.”

Amid all the nail-gazing Wednesday, Lohan did receive a a bit of a reprieve. Another judge agreed to delay an upcoming civil trial that stems from one of the actress’ 2007 arrests until after she’s out of jail.

There are no signs the case is going to settle, which leaves Lohan one more reminder of two turbulent months in 2007 that saw her arrested twice and three years later, is keeping her in the spotlight.

Amanda Bynes is done acting, the 24-year-old star announced on Twitter. “Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem,” she tweeted from her verified account. “If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore so I’ve stopped doing it.” However, she admitted that she’s a little young to call it quits already. “I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first,” she tweeted. “I’ve #retired.”

Following her her star-making roles on Nickelodeon’s sketch comedy “All That” and her own show on the network, “The Amanda Show,” Amanda starred alongside Jennie Garth on the WB sitcom “What I like About You” and hit the big screen in such films as “She’s The Man” and “Hairspray.”

If she holds true to her retirement revelation, her last film project may be the fall comedy “Easy A,” co-starring Emma Stone, due September 17.

Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of Miley Cyrus’ private parts to his Twitter account.

Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.

For his two million plus followers to see, the celebrity blogger posted the picture with the following introduction, “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

But it’s the celebrity blogger that might need a warning. Cyrus is underage. Police might consider her naked image child pornography.

Recently, Cryus has been facing a barrage of criticism for being too sexy due to skimpy concert outfits and her edgy single, “Can’t Be Tamed”

It is unclear if Hilton will face any legal trouble, but he might be setting himself up for yet another celebrity feud.
