With the help of MTV’s Cribs rapper 50 Cent is hoping to sell his 48,000 square foot home for $18.5 million. Ex-boxer Mike Tyson previously owned the house purchased by Fiddy three years ago.
Mr. Cent brought the mansion up to date by installing a nightclub, a basement studio and a swing, which hangs from a ceiling in the property. The home also offers so much space, which he says, was good for having plenty of peace from his houseguests.
“I’ll let them stay on the other side of the house and not actually see them for a day or so, because the house is broken up in three sections — the east side, the west side and then the center of the home.” The reason he is selling is because he wants to downsize to something more basic.
