When the late Dr. Donda West passed away she reportedly owed $600,000.00 on her Illinois’ condo and as executor of his mom’s estate, those payments and everything associated with her estate is Kanye’s responsibility.

Apparently Kanye has been too busy crying about not getting any love to pay off is mother’s debt. West was handed a court order demanding that he do just that.

Dr. West died last November after suffering complications from plastic surgery.

Michael Lohan, who first said yes he is the daddy to a 13-year-old teenager, has suddenly felt the need to take a paternity test. Lohan said he first believed Kristi Kauffman’s claims that her daughter Ashley was his but now he says the math doesn’t add up.

“We were together in July of 94. I think it was just before The Parent Trap came out because that’s when Dina and I were separated,” Lohan told E! News.

“Kristi left me and went to Houston, Texas, and she met a guy she lived with there for a year.”

The result of the paternity test should be ready in 10-12 days.

Pixar and Disney’s latest animated movie, Wall-E took the number one spot at this weekend’s box office taking in an estimated $62.5 million, the third highest opening for a Pixar film.

Coming in at number 2 was Wanted, an action packed thriller starring Academy Award winners Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman, which took in $51.1 million.

Rounding out the top five was Get Smart with $20 million, Kung Fu Panda with $11.7 million and The Incredible Hulk with $9.2 million.
