Looks like New York Post columnist, Cindy Adams, got it all wrong when she said that Oscar winner, Nicole Kidman, was drinking wine at the Academy Awards.

Kidman’s Publicist released the following statement,

“I try to ignore your column, unlike most of the rest of the world, because it is so nasty. But I have to tell you that Nicole Kidman most certainly did NOT drink white wine or any other alcoholic beverage backstage. She had water and lemon zinger tea. That’s it. Actress Mischa Barton was charged by Los Angeles DA with four misdemeanor counts, which included driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, driving with blood alcohol levels exceeding the legal limit, driving without a license and possession of marijuana.

Barton was arrested back in December on suspicion of DUI. Apparently trouble runs in the Barton household, her sister, Hania entered rehab for addition to painkillers.

Ghost Whisper star, Jennifer Love Hewitt, tells People Magazine that the day the pictures of her in a bikini were taken her boyfriend had asked her to marry him.

“The thing I think is great is when those pictures were taken, no matter what, I had just been asked to marry,” says Hewitt, who is engaged to actor, Ross McCall. “So he loves me just the way I am.”

Jennifer says if she does loose any weight it will only be for her health, and not because she is worried about how she looks.
