Bill O’Reilly is not new to creating controversy and once again he has managed to do what he does best. On a recent visit to Sylvia’s restaurant in Harlem with Al Sharpton, O’Reilly spoke of his pleasant dinning experience amongst black people. “There wasn’t one person in Sylvia’s who was screaming, ‘M-F**, I want more iced tea.’ You know, I mean, everybody was — it was like going into an Italian restaurant in an all-white suburb in the sense of people were sitting there, and they were ordering and having fun. And there wasn’t any kind of craziness at all.” Really, Bill, you must get out more.

Michael Vick tested positive for Marijuana on September 13^th, which means he will now face stricter release conditions. A federal Judge ordered that Vick submit to any method of testing in order to determine if the suspended quarterback is using prohibited substance, in addition Michael Vick must pay for an electronic monitoring device he is now required to wear from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. Vick, who entered a plea agreement on charges related to dog fighting, will be sentenced on December 10^th.

A mistrial has been declared in the Phil Spector murder trial after jurors announced that they were hopelessly deadlocked. The foreperson told the judge they were deadlocked 10-2 with 10 jurors voting for a guilty verdict. Spector was on trial for the murder of actress, Lana Clarkson. A spokeswoman for the DA office said that they would retry Spector again and expressed her office disappointment. Spector is due back in court October 3^rd.

First it was OJ Simpson, then Robert Blake, now Phil Spector. Things that make you go hmm.

 Even though Carey Hart has been denying that there is trouble in his marriage to Pink, Us Weekly is saying other wise. According to Us, Pink was overheard telling a friend, “We’re just not getting along anymore. We each need our space. We need our distance. It’s not like it was when we first started.” They are also reporting that Carey’s friends have said that he is sick and tired of the singer always accusing him of cheating and fed up with their constant arguing. Of course reps for the couple call the rumors pure bull sh*t. Time shall tell.

Dina Lohan told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush that her daughter, Lindsay Lohan, would not be leaving rehab despite reports that she was. Lindsay has been in the facility since August after her arrest. This marks the third time the troubled actress has made an attempt to get help for her drug and substance abuse. Dina says the entire family including Lindsay’s brother Cody and sister Ali along with their father Michael have been up to visit Lindsay.

Gabriel Aubry says he has been pampering girlfriend Halle Berry by massaging her feet and catering to her food cravings. The model and restaurant owner told People magazine that she “does crave pickles, and bread, doesn’t matter as long as it’s salt and pickles.” He went on to say that they are both extremely excited. “Just a new baby and a child in our lives is going to be amazing,” Aubry added. This will be the couple’s first child and they do not plan on finding out the sex.

Taye Diggs says he and wife, Idina Menzel, are still keeping their apartment in New York because he is waiting on the prognosis of his new show Private Practice, which is a spin off from Grey’s Anatomy. Diggs, who previously starred in Kevin Hill and Day Break knows not to count his chickens before they hatch, both shows opened big but ended very quickly with a big thud.

A stunt man was killed in a tragic accident on the set of the new Batman sequel in the UK on Tuesday. A spokesperson for the film released a statement that read. “The entire cast and crew of The Dark Knight are deeply saddened by this tragedy and their hearts and prayers go out to the family and loved ones of the deceased.” The movie is the sequel to the hit Batman Returns that stars Christian Bale as the cape crusader.

24’s Kiefer Sutherland probably wanted to utter those words early Tuesday morning when he was busted for DUI. The star of the hit Fox show was pulled over for an illegal U-turn and then arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at about 1:35 am. According to reports he was taken into Hollywood station booked and released on $25,000 bail. This is not Sutherland’s first DUI arrest he was previously busted 3 times before this one.

I bet he would love to be able to say, ‘Chloe, can you delete that from the system?’
