The answer would be yes if you believe reports given by Access Hollywood, which state that the former Bay Watch star has applied for and been granted a marriage license along with Rick Solomon. Anderson was previously married to rockers Kid Rock and Tommy Lee, Solomon was previously married to Shannon Doherty and was Paris Hilton’s partner in her now famous sex tape, One Night in Paris. On her Website blog, Anderson says she’s known Solomon for more than 15 years and that her life was going well but did not confirm who her hot romance was with. “I’m in love and my work is fun and creative. I’m healthy. I’m having the best time in my life,” she wrote.

Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony kicked off their first ever tour together in Atlantic City. Marc was the first to take the stage singing his Spanish hits. Jennifer came on stage about a half hour later belting out her new single Do it Well, but she did not move like the Jenny we know, instead she did some low-key hip-hop dance moves. Lopez and Anthony have been denying rumors that she’s pregnant but her recent wardrobe says differently. Jennifer changed outfits several times and all were loose fitting designs by Cavalli. The two closed the show out by doing two duets in Spanish.

Publicist David Hans-Schmidt, who was under house arrest after pleading guilty last month to attempting to extort Tom Cruise, was found dead in his Phoenix home from suicide. According to police they went to his home after he hadn’t checked in a tracking device he had on him displayed no movements. Schmidt of course was known for representing Tonya Harding and Divine Brown. Brown of course was the prostitute that Hugh Grant solicited way back when he was dating Elizabeth Hurley. Reports are now circulating that Schmidt had told a Daily News gossip columnist about his depression.

Dreamgirls star Beyonce Knowles’ Kual Lumpur concert has been cancelled following protest by Muslim groups. A statement was released announcing the cancellation but no reason was given. Rules introduced by the Ministry of Culture Arts and Heritage says there can be no physical contact with audience members or fellow artists, no jumping or shouting, no throwing objects onstage or at the audience and absolutely no foul language. Billboard magazine says the reason for the cancellation is because Beyonce refused to comply with the dress code. Gwen Stefani, who recently performed there, was also forced to tone down her wardrobe.  I say if Gwen can do it then Beyonce should be able to do so too.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office actress, Michelle Rodriguez has failed to fulfill the terms of her probation and may face jail time. “She hasn’t shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service,” said City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan. “She could face jail time, but it’s up to the judge.” The former Lost star had been placed on three years probation after pleading no contest to DUI and driving with a suspended license from not one but two separate incidents. In 2006 she served four whole hours of a two-month sentence because the jail was over crowded.

It’s official, 24 star, Kiefer Sutherland has been formally charged with two misdemeanor counts of Driving under the Influence. Prosecutors are seeking to revoke his probation stemming from a previous DUI conviction in 2004. Sutherland’s arraignment is set for October 16^th. At the time of this, writing production on the set of the Fox show was not affected by this latest incident in the actor’s life. He was released on $25,000 bail.

Former N’Sync member, Joey Fatone has offered to help Britney Spears if she wants it. While appearing on The View and then again on Extra, Fatone made an open call to Spears telling her, “Britney, call me, come over to my house, come to Orlando, get away from it all, It’s a good thing to get out of L.A.” Britney, who has been having a hard year with a divorce and a horrendous comeback performance on the VMA’S, is now in a very public child custody battle with ex-husband, Kevin Federline for their two sons. Joey says he hasn’t seen Spears in some time but says he would be there for her if she needed him.

Dylan McDermott and his wife Shiva Rose have separated after almost 12 years of marriage. The couple is parents to two daughters, Collette, 11, and Charlotte, 2. Dylan is famous for playing Bobby Donnell on The Practice and is now back on a new ABC show titled Big Shots along with Michael Vartan formerly of Alias. Dylan has repeatedly told the story of how he and his wife met saying he saw Shiva in a coffee shop and became instantly smitten. “I was in love with her right away,” he said. “For her, it was a little longer, you know, a couple of years. But for me, it was right away. I guess it was grace.”
