The Dark Knight has lost its spot at the top of the box-office throne after 5 weeks. Tropic Thunder, which stars Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr., and Jack Black, took the number 1 spot earning an estimated $26 million, but Knight didn’t fall too far it came in at second place with $16.7 million bringing its total to over $471 million.
Rounding out the top 5 was Star Wars: The Clone Wars with $15.5 million, the Kiefer Sutherland thriller Mirrors with $11.1million and Pineapple Express with $10 million.
